Baby 6-12 Months

6-12 Months


In this introductory level, babies will begin to acclimate to the water environment, focusing on foundational skills such as holding their breath and submerging in response to cues. The primary goal is to establish comfort and confidence in the water, laying the groundwork for future swimming abilities. Babies will also learn basic maneuvers such as underwater turns to the parent or side, and simple sitting dives, all under the guidance and support of their caregivers.

Toddler Beginner

1 - 3 years old


Designed for toddlers taking their first steps into aquatic exploration, this level focuses on building essential skills for water safety and confidence. Toddlers will learn to submerge confidently and consistently, developing good breath control in response to cues. The emphasis is on creating a positive and supportive environment where toddlers can feel comfortable while beginning to explore the water. Introduction to independent back floating skills is a key component of this level.

Toddler Intermediate

1 - 3 years old


For those who can submerge confidently and consistently in response to a cue.

Aim of Class: Building upon the foundational skills acquired in the Beginner level, toddlers in the Intermediate level will work towards swimming unaided for short distances. They will further develop their back floating skills and refine their ability to perform sitting dives in a safe and controlled manner. Mastery of underwater turns and the ability to return to the poolside independently are additional objectives at this stage.

Toddler Advanced

2 - 3 years old


Designed for toddlers who have mastered the fundamental swimming techniques, the Advanced level focuses on refining and expanding their abilities. Toddlers will learn to swim to the side of the pool after being dropped in, enhancing their safety awareness and practices. Skills such as "pop up breathing" and rolling onto their back to breathe will be introduced, along with advanced floating techniques like starfish floats on both the front and back. The emphasis is on developing a strong foundation for continued growth and enjoyment in the water.
