Beginner

5 years and up


In the Beginner level, students begin their swimming journey by mastering fundamental skills such as breath control, submersion techniques, and building water confidence. They learn the importance of breath control and how to hold their breath underwater, while also developing the ability to self-submerge to the bottom of the pool. Additionally, students learn essential floating techniques to develop buoyancy and confidence in the water. They are introduced to gliding on the front and kicking effectively, laying the foundation for future stroke development.

Advanced Beginner

5 years and up


As students progress to the Advanced Beginner level, they focus on refining their stroke techniques, including building a strong kick on the back and in streamline position on the front. Additionally, students are introduced to survival swimming, with coordinated arm movements and freestyle kick, aiming to bolster their water safety proficiency.

Stroking

5 years and up


In the Stroking level, students refine their stroke techniques further and begin exploring more advanced strokes. They perfect and build upon freestyle arm strokes, start learning backstroke arm strokes, and begin learning the full breaststroke technique.

Beginner Breather

5 years and up


In the Beginner Breather level, students focus on building endurance and mastering breathing techniques. They are introduced to left side freestyle rolling and breathing, further develop backstroke and breaststroke skills, and learn proper breathing technique for breaststroke.

Intermediate Breather

5 years and up


The Intermediate Breather level focuses on enhancing endurance and technique, with a focus on building strength and distance for freestyle with breathing, learning to swim longer distances without stopping, and transitioning to swimming in the 25-meter "big" pool.

Advanced Breather

5 years and up


In the Advanced Breather level, students focus on advanced breathing techniques and stroke refinement. They learn to bilateral breathe in freestyle, master windmill arms in backstroke, further develop breaststroke skills, and swim full 25-meter lengths without stopping.

Stroke 25

6 years and up


Students in the Stroke 25 level focus on refining their skills, improving endurance, and preparing for longer distance swimming. They learn to confidently and consistently swim without stopping, improve strength and distance for breaststroke and windmill backstroke at full lengths, begin learning tumble turns, and start learning butterfly stroke. Additionally, they aim to swim a non-stop 100 meters in 3 minutes.

Stroke 50

6 years and up


This level focuses on enhancing strength and refining technique across all major strokes. Swimmers will work towards mastering a 50-meter swim in Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly (with Fins). To graduate this level, students will aim to complete a nonstop 200-meter swim within 7 minutes, demonstrating both endurance and efficiency in the water.

Stroke 100

6 years and up


At this level, swimmers will concentrate on advancing their endurance and efficiency across key strokes. The goal is to swim an unbroken 100 meters in Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly (with Fins). In this level, students will aim to complete a nonstop 200-meter swim in under 6 minutes, showcasing their improved stamina and stroke proficiency.

Stroke 200

6 years and up


This level is designed to build swimmers' stamina and perfect their stroke execution over longer distances. Swimmers will focus on swimming an unbroken 200 meters in Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly, (with Fins). At this level they will aim to complete an unbroken 400-meter swim within 12 minutes with good technique.

Stroke 400

6 years and up


In this advanced level, swimmers will aim to master long-distance swimming with a focus on precision and endurance in preparation of moving towards squad level swimming. Students will work towards completing an unbroken 400 meters in Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly (with Fins). To progress to squads, students will aim to complete a 400-meter swim in 10 minutes and 30 seconds, demonstrating their ability to maintain a strong and efficient stroke over extended distances.
