Preschool Beginner

3 - 5 Years Old


In the PS Beginner level, students embark on their swimming journey by mastering fundamental skills such as breath control, submersion techniques, and building water confidence. They learn the importance of breath control and how to hold their breath underwater, while also developing the ability to self-submerge to the bottom of the pool.

Preschool Confident

3 - 5 Years Old


Once students have developed basic water skills, they progress to the PS Confident level, where they master the ability to start and finish floating independently. They also learn to glide on the front and kick effectively, laying the foundation for future stroke development, and begin learning to float on their back, expanding their aquatic comfort and confidence.

Preschool Advanced

3 - 5 Years Old


As students progress to the Advanced Beginner level, they focus on refining their stroke techniques, including building a strong kick on the back and in streamline position on the front. They also begin learning stroke mechanics, such as the "Survival" stroke with breaststroke arms and freestyle kick and get introduced to freestyle arm technique.

Preschool Stroking

3 - 5 Years Old


In the Stroking level, students refine their stroke techniques further and begin exploring more advanced strokes. They perfect and build upon freestyle arm strokes, start learning backstroke arm strokes, and begin learning the full breaststroke technique.

Preschool Breather

3 - 5 Years Old


In the Beginner Breather level, students focus on building endurance and mastering breathing techniques. They are introduced to left side freestyle rolling and breathing, further develop backstroke and breaststroke skills, and learn proper breathing technique for breaststroke.
